Getting Started

Primus Maintain is a maintenance management platform for manufacturing facilities and field service teams. To begin, your organization administrator will invite you and provide your sign-in credentials. Once you sign in, you’ll have access to work orders, equipment records, lockout/tagout procedures, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management based on your assigned role.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign in?
Sign in at https://primusmaintain.app using the username and password provided by your organization administrator. If you signed up with an email address, you can also reset your password from the sign-in screen.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen, or contact your organization administrator. For accounts created without an email address, your administrator can issue a new credentials slip.

How do I report a problem or request a feature?
Email [email protected] with a description of the issue or request. Screenshots are helpful when reporting a problem.

Can I export my data?
Yes. Your organization’s data belongs to you and can be exported at any time. Contact [email protected] to request an export.
