Primus Operational Intelligence, LLC (“Primus,” “we,” “us”) operates Primus Maintain, a maintenance management platform for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information. When your organization creates your account, we collect your name, username, and, if provided, your email address and phone number. This is used to identify you within your organization and to provide access to the platform.

Content you create. We store the maintenance records you and your organization create, including work orders, equipment and asset records, lockout/tagout procedures, preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts records, and any photos or files you upload to support that work.

Usage information. We collect basic information about how the app is used, such as feature interactions and error logs, to operate, maintain, and improve the service.

Device and technical information. We collect standard technical information necessary to deliver the service securely, such as authentication identifiers and session information.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the platform, authenticate users, deliver the features your organization uses, provide support, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

How information is shared

Your organization’s data is accessible to authorized members of your organization according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure. We use trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and database providers) to operate the platform; these providers process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable measures.

Data retention and export

Your organization’s data is retained for as long as your account is active. Your data is yours: you may request a complete export of your organization’s records at any time by contacting [email protected]. If you close your account, we will delete your organization’s data upon request, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.

Your choices

You may access and update your account information in the app. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected].

Children

Primus Maintain is a business application intended for use by working professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify account administrators by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
